At SMG, we structure our learning engagements by using proven instructional design techniques to ensure that learning is "real" and applicable back on the job. Instructional Design Methodology

SMG follows a systematic process to the design of our training programs. We do utilise a core approach that assures consistency from project to project, our overall methodology also incorporates elements of several instructional design theories and models, both behavioral and cognitive in nature. In this way, we achieve consistent, high quality instruction and at the same time adapting aspects of our core process to meet unique instructional needs. These models and techniques form a kind of instructional "toolbox"; we apply the correct tool to meet each of the varying challenges of instruction.
