Position 1 : Consultants , Senior Consultants and Master Trainers ( Full-time or Freelance )
· Have at least a bachelor degree from a well-recognized university , an MBA is advantage ;
· Have over 10 years working experience in a senior management position in an MNC environment
· At least 3 years experience in training and/or consulting in one or more of the following areas :
· Project Management
· Marketing & Sales
· Leadership and team building
· HR development
· Strategy Management
· Good presentation skill is a must
· Training certification is a credit , although it is not necessary
· Must be Bilingual

SMG will provide entry training and assessment for the successful candidates. Upon certified , they have the chance to learn and make use of SMG's business simulations.

Position 2: Sales Director, Greater China region 销售总监
· Have at least a bachelor degree from well-recognized university.
· Have over 7 years of sales and at least 5 years of sales management experience in an MNC environment. Previous experience in training and consulting business is an advantage
· Have experience in managing large accounts. Be familiar with the sales process
· Have good understanding of strategic business planning.
· A self driven and highly innovative team player
· Good command of written/oral in English is compulsory

Position 3: Account Managers, Greater China Region 客户经理
· Have at least a bachelor degree
· Have at least 3 years experience in solution selling. Working with training and consulting company will be added advantage
· Have experience in managing big accounts. Be familiar with the sales process
· Be a team player
· Good command written/oral in English is compulsory

Position 4: Operation Support Executive 培训后勤支持
· A degree or diploma holder
· Have good command of written/oral in English
· Be similar with Microsoft Office and other computer skills
· Be good in office administration.
